Tallahassee, FL - Florida A&M University's Marching 100 has been invited to perform in Super Bowl XLIV to be held in Miami on Feb. 7.
Director of Bands Julian White reportedly received a phone call confirming the invitation Friday.
The band last performed in the half-time show at the Super Bowl in 2007 -- which was also in Miami. During that time, the group performed with pop star Prince. The band also participated in the 2005 Super Bowl in Jacksonville. Source: Tallahassee.com |
